Refund policy
We want you to be happy with every box. Here's how we put things right.
Something arrived damaged
Email hello@biggieprep.co within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll refund or replace the affected meals.
Cancelling an order
Because meals are cooked fresh to order, orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to the weekly cut-off. After that we can't refund food already prepped.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Payments already taken cover meals already scheduled.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
